Who is responsible
Cejdar operates the platform and hosting. Each business is responsible for the accuracy of its own content, prices, allergen information and legally required imprint details.
Personal data
We store the account email, the business details you enter and technical logs needed to operate the service. Data is held in the European Union. You can request export or deletion of your workspace at any time.
Cookies and consent
Public business pages set only strictly necessary cookies until a visitor gives consent. Advertising and measurement cookies are introduced with a consent banner in a later phase, and no personalised advertising runs before consent is recorded.
Advertising
Free plan pages carry discreet advertising. Advertising is never placed on checkout-like flows, and businesses on paid plans have advertising removed entirely.
Acceptable use
Published pages are reviewed before going live. Content that is unlawful, misleading about food safety, or infringes third-party rights is rejected or removed.
